BNG was debited to your Credit Card account on 20 January 2009.

As per the normal process followed by banks, if the merchant does not
submit the charge slip or acknowledgement to the bank within 30 days
from the date of transaction, the transaction will automatically drop
from the system.

If the transaction is billed to your credit card account, we request you
to send us a signed credit card dispute form mentioning the transaction.

    it used to be that for such amounts they would trust the customer and it was almost a perfect system, unfortunately when in crisis, dice the facts and live with sideshows and slime seems to be the standard response over the last 5 years at HSBC India. It’s a shame but I used to like that bank. I used to think that ws one place that did not need to be taught strategy. Now they want to make sure nothing works. I might as well be living on the south pole for the access they give because of their fractures and troubled digestion.
